Why We Created SBxPRO
Our experience in the automotive aftermarket has given us extensive knowledge of product development, sourcing, testing and bringing automotive products to market. It has also given us the opportunity to listen to feedback from customers across different areas of the industry.
One message became increasingly clear. While Simply Brands is well established within automotive accessories, there was an opportunity to develop a distinct range specifically for the professional trade.
We did not want SBxPRO to simply be an extension of an existing retail range with different packaging. From the outset, the aim was to create a brand with its own identity, its own product strategy and a clear focus on the requirements of professional users.
That meant concentrating on three things: performance, reliability and practicality.
Every product selected for the range needed to make sense in a working garage or trade environment. It needed to solve a genuine everyday requirement and deliver consistent results.ience, this category is expected to keep growing.
Starting with the Products Workshops Use Every Day
Rather than launching with an unnecessarily large range, we deliberately chose to keep the initial SBxPRO portfolio focused.
The first products include a comprehensive range of replacement wiper blades alongside workshop essentials including Brake Cleaner, Instant Gasket Sealant and EGR Valve Cleaner.
These are established product categories, but that made getting the details right even more important. Professional users know what they expect from the products they use every day, and reliability matters.

A Wiper Blade Range Built Around Coverage and Simplicity
The SBxPRO wiper blade programme has been designed to solve one of the key challenges faced by workshops and motor factors: achieving strong vehicle coverage without carrying an unnecessarily complicated range.
The range consists of 110 SKUs, providing more than 95% coverage of the beam and hybrid car parc.
The blades cover 10 different wiper arm types, with each blade supplied with the exact adaptor required for its intended vehicle applications already pre-fitted.
This is an important part of the SBxPRO approach.
Multi-fit wiper systems can require technicians or customers to identify, remove and replace adaptors before installation. By supplying the correct fitment already attached, SBxPRO aims to make product identification and installation more straightforward while reducing unnecessary loose components.
The result is a compact range that gives workshops and motor factors extensive vehicle coverage without demanding excessive stockholding or valuable storage space.
Tested to Perform
For a product designed for professional use, performance claims need to be backed by testing.
SBxPRO wiper blades have been tested to OE standards through 500,000 wipe cycles, helping to validate durability and consistent wiping performance over prolonged use.
The range uses advanced aero flat blade technology and has been developed as a direct OE replacement solution.
This level of testing was important to us. SBxPRO has been created to build long-term confidence with trade customers, and that starts with products that have been properly researched, developed and tested before they reach the workshop.

Alongside wiper blades, the initial SBxPRO range includes three workshop products selected around common servicing, maintenance and repair applications.
Brake Cleaner
The SBxPRO Brake Cleaner is a fast-acting cleaning solution developed to remove brake dust, oil, grease and other contaminants from braking components.
For technicians, an effective brake cleaner is an everyday workshop essential. The focus was therefore simple: provide strong, dependable cleaning performance in a product suitable for regular professional use.
Instant Gasket Sealant
The SBxPRO Instant Gasket Sealant is an RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanising) sealant developed to create a durable, flexible seal across a wide range of automotive applications.
With temperature resistance up to 315°C, it is designed for demanding environments where components are exposed to high operating temperatures. The RTV formulation cures at room temperature to form a reliable seal, making it a practical workshop solution for a variety of servicing and repair applications.
As with the wider SBxPRO range, the focus is on combining professional performance with straightforward, practical everyday use.
EGR Valve Cleaner
Carbon and contamination within EGR and air intake systems are familiar issues in modern vehicle maintenance.
The SBxPRO EGR Valve Cleaner is specially formulated to help remove carbon deposits and contamination from EGR systems and air intake components, providing technicians with a practical solution for maintenance and cleaning applications.
